Keep doing

As you might know I am weak of will and so I have often given up doing halfway.
However this time I am determined to do a few things.

1. Get up at 8 at least
2. Keep running for a minimum of 30 minutes at the gym every morning (only weekdays)
3. Do stretching after taking bath everyday

It is so hard for me to keep doing everyday though these are too fundamental.

To keep doing gives me an opportunity to change.

dinner: pasta with cream sauce
